Laundry service is included: collection upon tenant departure, cleaning, drying, ironing and folding, return to your accommodation or storage by us.
Your accommodation will then be ready for you to send your cleaning staff or that of CaraïbeServices (a flat rate can be calculated based on the surface area, number of bedrooms, number of beds, bathrooms/showers, toilets, terraces, etc.)
The service fee will be calculated on your net rental income (the amount you receive for this rental) with a minimum calculated based on the number of beds/rooms, number of people it can accommodate, and the number of bathrooms/showers and toilets.
