Creation of your establishment/accommodation on Google.
Creation of the personalized welcome book in paper version.
The welcome basket and rental starter kit is included.
Coordination of third-party trades (gardening and major works) with service reports.
Monthly water and electricity meter reading.
The record of your mail.
Small electrical and plumbing repairs (excluding equipment purchases)
Small maintenance of the air conditioning (twice a year) and the solar water heater (annually).
Laundry is included, collection when tenants leave, cleaning, drying, ironing and folding, return to your accommodation or stored by us.
Your accommodation will then be ready to send your cleaning staff or those of CaraïbeServices (a package can be calculated based on the surface area, number of bedrooms, number of beds, bathroom/shower rooms, WC, terraces, etc. .)
The commission will be 30% of your net rental income (amount you receive for this rental) with a minimum calculated according to the number of beds/rooms, people who can accommodate, number of bathroom/shower and WC
If purchases are necessary (excluding welcome basket and rental starter kit), I can take care of them and invoice you as a disbursement (same price as the purchase and invoice in your name)
