You will give me the essential information to manage this rental.
The setting up of beds, linens, toilet paper, sponges, tissues, etc. (rental starter kit) is done according to your instructions and everything will be ready for the entry inventory.
If you plan a welcome basket, I will also put it together.
Welcoming your vacationers at the time agreed with them.
I will be the telephone contact during the rental period.
Exit of tenants with inventory, removal of sheets and towels, I will drop them off at your laundry
Recyclables and trash will be removed.
Your home will then be ready to send your cleaning staff.
The commission will be 15% of your net rental income (amount you receive for this rental) with a minimum of 15% calculated on the basis of 3 nights rental.
If purchases are necessary for the welcome basket or rental starter kit, I can take care of it and invoice you as a disbursement (same price as the purchase and invoice in your name)
