You make your own promotion and rental contract...
You will give me the essential information to manage this rental.
The beds, linen, toilet paper, sponges, tissues... (starter rental kit) will be set up according to your instructions and everything will be ready for the check-in inspection.
If you are planning a welcome basket, I will put that together as well.
Welcoming your holidaymakers at the time agreed with them.
I will be the telephone contact for the duration of the rental.
The tenants' departure, including the inventory check, removal of sheets and towels, will be taken to your laundry service.
Recyclables and rubbish bins will be removed.
Your accommodation will then be ready for your cleaning staff to arrive.
Service fees will be calculated based on the services requested, calculated on your net rental income (the amount you receive for this rental) with a minimum of 15% calculated on the basis of 3 nights of rental.
If any purchases are needed for the welcome basket or rental starter kit, we can take care of that, and it will be an additional charge included in our service fees.
